嫁接是良种果苗培育的重要环节。目前果苗嫁接所用的绑带多为普通农用薄膜剪成长条。由于薄膜较厚、韧性强,嫁接时需用剪刀剪断绑带;嫁接产生愈伤组织后又需在接口侧切开绑带,这样既费时费工,又可能因操作不慎而伤苗降低成活率。本试验采用一种超薄膜作绑带材料,简便易行,接后成活率高。现把两种绑带对芒果和龙眼的嫁接试验方法和结果介绍如下。
Grafting is an important part of seedling cultivation. At present, the bandage used for grafting is mostly an ordinary agricultural film cut into strips. Because the film is thick, strong toughness, the need to use scissors to cut the strap when grafting; callus after grafting and the need to cut the strap side of the interface, so that both time-consuming and laborious, and may be due to careless operation and injury to reduce survival rate. This test uses an ultra-thin film for the strap material, easy, then high survival rate. Now two kinds of straps on the mango and longan grafting test methods and results are as follows.
