目的以羟丙基环糊精为手性添加剂建立维拉帕米对映体的毛细管区带电泳拆分方法。方法分别考察分离电压、添加剂种类及浓度、缓冲溶液pH值等参数对实验结果的影响,从而确定维拉帕米的最佳拆分条件。结果维拉帕米对映体得到了较好的分离,分离度可达5.52。结论该方法可用于维拉帕米对映体的分离,具有快速、准确性好、成本低等优点。
AIM: To establish a method for the separation of verapamil enantiomers by capillary zone electrophoresis using hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin as a chiral additive. Methods The effects of separation voltage, type and concentration of additives, pH value of buffer solution and so on on the experimental results were investigated respectively to determine the best separation conditions of verapamil. As a result, the enantiomers of verapamil were well separated with a resolution of 5.52. Conclusion The method can be used for the separation of enantiomers of verapamil, with the advantages of fastness, accuracy and low cost.
