一、前 言 化工厂使用的离心式压缩机,可以说是工厂的心脏部份,其安全性和可靠性影响整个设备的可靠性。 从可靠性来考虑高压离心式压缩机的构成因素时,与低压离心式压缩机比较,最明显的不同是油膜密封机构。 在这篇文章中,汇报编者对高压离心式压缩机的油膜密封机构的稳定性试验结果。 这里所讲的高压离心式压缩机,是指排气压力250~350个大气压的合成氨设备及原子能设备等使用的筒形离心式压缩机而言。
First, the foreword Centrifugal compressor used in chemical plants, it can be said that the heart of the factory part of its safety and reliability affect the reliability of the entire device. In this article, we report the results of the stability test of the oil seal mechanism of high pressure centrifugal compressor. The high-pressure centrifugal compressor referred to herein refers to a cylindrical centrifugal compressor used in an ammonia plant having an exhaust pressure of 250 to 350 atmospheres and an atomic energy facility.
