目的:优化白疕消软膏药材提取工艺。方法:以大黄素、大黄酚含量测定与银屑病小鼠模型实验结果结合,采用L9(34)正交试验法对其关键步骤如煎煮时间(A)、煎煮次数(B)、醇沉时加醇量(C)、加水量(D)等条件进行优选。结果:4个因素对大黄中被测成分的影响顺序为B>D>A>C,对小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的促进作用的影响顺序为B>D>C>A,其中因素B(煎煮次数)有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论:最佳工艺为加药材量8倍的水煎煮3次,每次1.5h,浓缩液加2倍量乙醇使沉淀。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Baiyuxiao ointment. Conclusion: The best technology is to add boiling water 8 times for 3 times, 1.5 h each time, and concentrate 2 times ethanol to make precipitation.
