本文论述流动测量的若干问题,由三部分组成。第一部分是般流体力学问题的回顾,指出为了实验的需要而要求对流体运动和流体现象具有更大的了解,以及为了检验计算模型而需要获得实验数据。第二部分概要说明动态流动测量的原理,强调现有通用技术的潜在能力及其局限。第三部分通过实例说明流体力学研究和工程设计工作中的某些特殊应用。在结论意见中指出许多仍未解决的实验问题,现有方法需要改进的方面,以及需要发展的新技术。
This article discusses some of the issues of mobile measurement and consists of three parts. The first part is a review of the general problem of fluid mechanics, pointing out that for the sake of experimentation, there is a need to gain a better understanding of fluid motion and fluid phenomena and to obtain experimental data in order to test computational models. The second part provides an overview of the principles of dynamic flow measurement, highlighting the potential capabilities and limitations of existing common technologies. The third part illustrates some special applications of fluid mechanics research and engineering design through examples. In the concluding comments, many outstanding experimental questions were identified, areas for improvement of existing methods and new technologies that needed to be developed.
