中长期载人航天飞行必须采用环控生保系统实现水和O2的再生,微重力条件下水气两相流体的输运和分离是再生式环控生保系统的关键技术。本文介绍了微重力条件下基于物理/化学再生法的水气循环再生的一般工作模式和水气分离的物理途径,归纳了水气分离技术研究现状及典型应用,重点论述了水气分离器涉及的关键技术问题,在此基础上,提出了我国中长期载人航天飞行水气分离技术的发展方向。
In the medium and long term manned space flight, the environment-friendly life-preserving system must be used to realize the regeneration of water and O2. The transport and separation of water-air two-phase fluid under the microgravity conditions are the key technologies of the regenerative environment-friendly life-support system. This paper introduces the general working mode of water vapor recirculation based on physical / chemical regeneration method and the physical way of water vapor separation under microgravity, summarizes the research status and typical application of water vapor separation technology, On the basis of which, the paper proposes the development direction of the medium- and long-term manned space flight water vapor separation technology.
