按民间的说法,鸡年出生的人一生忙碌。鸡年到任的李毅中撞上了这句话,个中辛苦自有体会。矿难频发,激起全社会对煤矿生产的异常关注:中国缺乏保障劳工权益的有效机制也被媒体称为“中国的矿难政治”:吉林石化的爆炸声又拉近了生产安全和公共安全之间的距离。人们似乎一夜之间明白,在社会化和分工越来越细的今天.社会一小部分的动荡就会激起整个社会的涟漪乃至波涛汹涌。在党中央、国务院领导下,中国开始了一场“安全生产保卫战”;肃清“官煤勾结”、整顿不具备安全生产条件的煤矿,在国务院常务会议上部署安全生产工作……,每一个焦点事件背后总有值得关注和深思的背景,要解决积日已久的问题,国家和全社会对安全生产深层次问题的清醒认识是解决问题的前提,这种认识会在实际行动和扩展的思维中更加清晰明了,而我们也希望2005年的经历成为中国安全生产历史中的一个拐点。 According to folklore, people born in the Year of the Rooster busy life. To solve the long-standing problems in Tibet, the state and the whole society must have a clear understanding of the deep-seated problems of safe production as a prerequisite for solving the problem.
