损伤时间研究是法医学重要课题之一,国内外学者在机械性损伤时间方面研究较多,在烫伤形成时间方面研究较少。本研究以免疫组织化学染色法,对浅Ⅱ度烫伤创面周边区内IL-18阳性细胞的阳性率、强阳性率和阳性比的观察,发现在损伤后的不同时间段,IL-18的表达呈现增多——峰值——逐渐减少的变化规律。根据IL-18在损伤周边区阳性率、强阳性率的检测和计算,可准确推断烫伤形成时间。
Injury time is one of the most important topics in forensic science. Scholars at home and abroad have studied more about the time of mechanical injury and less on the time of scald injury. In the present study, the immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the positive rate, positive rate and positive rate of IL-18 positive cells in the peripheral area of superficial Ⅱ degree scald wounds.
