增强大中型企业的内在活力,既需要外部环境条件的改善,也需要企业内部潜力的深入挖掘,但最根本的是要通过改革企业内部机制,来建立起充满生机的企业管理体制和运行机制。内部机制也就是企业管理的各项制度,包括管理机制、控制机制、激励机制等。
To enhance the internal vitality of large and medium-sized enterprises requires not only the improvement of external environmental conditions but also the in-depth excavation of the potential within the enterprises. However, the fundamental issue is to establish a vigorous enterprise management system and operation mechanism through the reform of the internal mechanism of enterprises. Internal mechanism is the system of enterprise management, including management mechanism, control mechanism, incentive mechanism and so on.
