LNA(lockednucleicacid)是新近发现的一种新型调控基因表达的反义寡核甘酸 ,它以RNA为骨架 ,亚甲基键连接核糖环中的 2′ 氧和 4′ 碳。这种锁套式的结构 ,增加了LNA与其互补序列的亲和力并为基因表达的调控和微阵列的研究提供了一个新的研究途径
LNA (lockednucleicacid) is a newly discovered antisense oligonucleotide that regulates gene expression. It has RNA as the backbone, and the methylene bond connects the 2’oxygen and the 4’carbon in the ribose ring. This lock-in structure increases the affinity of LNA for its complementary sequences and provides a new approach to the regulation of gene expression and microarray research
