提出一种用于医学超声内窥成像系统的数字编码发射电路,该电路采用双极性高压输出芯片TC6320及其驱动芯片构成。实验证明,该电路可以得到±60 V、脉宽和频率可控的编码信号,工作频率达到30 MHz亦可无失真输出,与传统的脉冲回波超声成像系统相比,数字编码激励技术能够明显改善小功率发射下超声图像的信噪比和超声波束的穿透深度,该方法具有广阔的应用前景。
