普恩复胶囊是从露天红赤子爱胜蚯蚓中提取的纯天然药物。是一种多酶复合体,内含纤维蛋白溶酶和纤维蛋白溶酶原激活物,是治疗缺血性心、脑血管疾病的新药。我院自1995年5月临床应用以来,疗效满意。遂对其甲襞微循环的影响进行观察,报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 病例选择 临床诊断为慢性缺血性心脑血管病患者(无出血倾向的门诊病人)80例,对资料完整的40例进行总结,男33例,女7例,年龄35岁～76岁不等(平均49.15岁)。观测普恩复胶囊对甲襞微循环影响的40例病人(有高血压病、冠心病、脑栓塞、高脂血症、心律紊乱、糖尿病、眩晕症、老年性痴呆等病种),其中高血压病<30％,冠心病25％,高脂血症20％,其余病种病例较少。 1.2 治疗方法 普恩复胶囊每次400mg,3次/d,
Pu’er capsule is a pure natural medicine extracted from the open red earthworms.
