采用化学镀法在AZ31B点焊焊接接头形成Ni-P镀层,用扫描电镜、X线衍射仪、电化学分析仪对母材及焊点镀层表面形貌及厚度、物相组成、耐蚀性能进行分析。结果表明:AZ31B焊接接头化学镀Ni-P后,母材镀层表面形貌优于焊点镀层表面形貌,相同时间内焊点镀层比母材镀层厚;焊接接头镀层由非晶态和晶态混合构成,晶态物质为Ni3P和Ni5P2;化学镀Ni-P后焊接接头耐蚀性能提高,且母材镀层耐蚀性能高于焊点镀层。
Electroless plating was used to form Ni-P coatings on AZ31B spot welding joints. The surface morphology, thickness, phase composition and corrosion resistance of the base metal and the solder joint coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry and electrochemical analyzer analysis. The results show that the surface morphology of the base metal coating is better than that of the solder joint plating after the electroless Ni-P solder joints of AZ31B are welded. The solder joint coating is thicker than the base metal coating in the same time. The welding joint coating consists of amorphous and crystalline Mixed composition, the crystalline material is Ni3P and Ni5P2; electroless Ni-P corrosion resistance of welded joints increased, and the corrosion resistance of base metal coating is higher than the solder joint coating.
