质量管理小组(又称QC小组)是在生产或工作岗位上从事各种劳动的职工,围绕企业的经营战略、方针目标和现场存在的问题,以改进质量、降低消耗、提高人的素质和经济效益为目的组织起来,运用质量管理的方法开展活动的小组,它是职工参与全面质量管理特别是质量改进活动中的一种非常重要的组织形式。开展QC小组活动能够体现现代管理以人为本的思想,调动全体员工参与质量管理质量改进的积极性和创造性,有利于增加团队合作,提高员工士气,可为企业提高质量降低成本创造效益。
