选用二甲酚橙作为显色剂，用紫外／可见分光光度法测定了L-赖氨酸锌糖浆、硫酸锌糖浆和L-赖氨酸锌的含量。本法与PAN法和锌试剂法结果基本一致，回收率高，精密度较好，灵敏度较高，说明本法可以用来测定锌糖浆剂及含锌化合物的含量。
L-lysine zinc syrup, zinc sulfate syrup and L-lysine zinc were determined by UV / Vis spectrophotometry using xylenol orange as the chromogenic reagent. This method is consistent with the results of the PAN method and the zinc reagent method, high recovery, better precision, higher sensitivity, indicating that this method can be used to determine the content of zinc syrup and zinc compounds.
