结合风电产业的基本情况,将风电产业划分为风电设备制造、风电场建设、风电场运行、风电并网与消纳四个部分,并根据技术创新能力的理论与方法,对每个部分从资源投入、产出水平和实现能力这三个方面建立指标,构建了我国风力发电行业的技术创新能力评价指标体系,并详细阐述了每一个指标的具体含义。这一指标体系的构建对全面、科学的评价我国风电产业的技术创新能力有着非常重要的意义。
According to the basic situation of wind power industry, the wind power industry is divided into four parts: wind power equipment manufacturing, wind farm construction, wind farm operation, wind power integration and consumption, and according to the theory and method of technological innovation ability, Input, output level and the ability to achieve these three indicators to build the wind power industry in China’s technological innovation capability evaluation index system, and elaborated on the specific meaning of each indicator. The construction of this index system is of great significance to the comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the technological innovation capability of wind power industry in our country.
