通过分析某航空公司维修人员培训评估工作的限制和不足,结合维修人员培训各类型特点,提出了相应的培训效果体系建设和培训效果评估指标设计的改进措施。
By analyzing the limitations and shortcomings of the training evaluation work for an airline maintenance staff, and combining with the characteristics of various types of maintenance staff training, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the training effectiveness system construction and the training effect evaluation index design.
