目的分析脑梗死患者的体质量指数(BMI)与血压之间的关系。方法收集241例脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据其身高、体质量计算BMI,对BMI和收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)进行相关性分析。结果消瘦组SBP与DBP分别为(145.8±30.06)、(82.2±19.62)mm Hg,正常组分别为(151.18±22.96)、(86.23±13.53)mm Hg,超重组分别为(154.49±26.35)、(89.64±15.81)mm Hg,肥胖组分别为(154.82±22.33)、(93.09±11.81)mm Hg;经Pearson相关分析可知,脑梗死患者的SBP与BMI无关(r=0.075,P>0.05),DBP与BMI呈正相关(r=0.140,P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者的DBP随着BMI的升高而升高。
Objective To analyze the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 241 patients with cerebral infarction were collected. BMI was calculated according to their height and body mass. The correlations between BMI, SBP and DBP were analyzed. Results The SBP and DBP were (145.8 ± 30.06) and (82.2 ± 19.62) mm Hg respectively in the emaciation group, (151.18 ± 22.96) and (86.23 ± 13.53) mm Hg respectively in the normal group and 154.49 ± 26.35 (89.64 ± 15.81) mm Hg in the obesity group and (154.82 ± 22.33) and (93.09 ± 11.81) mm Hg in the obesity group respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that SBP was not related to BMI in patients with cerebral infarction (r = 0.075, DBP was positively correlated with BMI (r = 0.140, P <0.05). Conclusions DBP in patients with cerebral infarction increases with the increase of BMI.
