目的 :观察快中子及光子对人成骨肉瘤细胞系OS 732的杀伤作用。方法 :用快中子、光子及混合射线照射OS 732细胞系 ,检测各组细胞受照射后的集落形成率。结果 :单次照射后第 10天 ,混合线组对该细胞系集落形成的抑制作用明显弱于单中子及单光子组。结论 :单次照射后第 10天 ,单纯快中子及单纯光子对该细胞系集落形成的抑制作用明显强于混合线组 ,对临床上应用快中子治疗骨肉瘤有一定指导意义
Objective: To observe the killing effect of fast neutron and photon on human osteosarcoma cell line OS 732. Methods: OS 732 cell line was irradiated with fast neutron, photon and mixed rays, and the colony formation rate of each group of cells after irradiation was detected. Results: On the 10th day after single irradiation, the mixed line group had weaker inhibitory effect on colony formation than the single neutron and single photon group. Conclusions: On the 10th day after single irradiation, the inhibition of colony formation by the simple neutron and simple photon is stronger than that of the mixed line group, which is of guiding significance to the clinical application of fast neutron in the treatment of osteosarcoma
