[目的]查清食物中毒的原因,防止食物中毒的再次发生。[方法]通过对1起群宴食物中毒的现场流行病学调查和实验室检测,分析引起食物中毒的原因。[结果]该次食物中毒23人,罹患率达17.69%,经实验室采样在9名患者的大便和1份冻虾等10份样品中均检出副溶血性弧菌。[结论]该次食物中毒是1起由于海产品冻虾加工不当所引起的副溶血性弧菌食物中毒。
[Objective] To find out the causes of food poisoning and prevent the recurrence of food poisoning. [Method] Through the field epidemiological investigation and laboratory tests on 1 group feast food poisoning, the causes of food poisoning were analyzed. [Result] Twenty-three people were poisoned with the rate of 17.69%. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in 10 samples of stool and 1 frozen shrimp of 9 patients by laboratory sampling. [Conclusion] The food poisoning was one case of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning caused by improper processing of seafood shrimp.
