采用不同的应变速率进行拉伸试验,研究了应变速率对TC4合金抗拉强度及拉伸曲线的影响。结果表明,对于TC4合金,其抗拉强度受应变速率影响较为敏感,随应变速率的提高呈现不断增大的趋势,对比GB/T228.1-2010规定的几个应变速率范围,在范围4内浮动时对抗拉强度的影响较范围3更为显著;应变速率的改变也会对拉伸曲线造成影响,由第一速率转变到第二速率时会造成应力突变,第二速率越大,这种突变现象就越明显。通过透射电镜观察了组织中位错的变化情况,并对拉伸速率改变导致拉伸曲线产生应力突变的原因进行了探索。
Tensile tests were conducted at different strain rates, and the effect of strain rate on tensile strength and tensile curve of TC4 alloy was studied.
