本文报导我院在1965年报告20例腹膜外回肠膀胱术基础上,进一步总结1960～1982年120例腹膜外回肠膀胱术的经验和教训。对手术指征、手术方法、术后并发症、死亡率及随访等进行详细临床分析。作者认为,腹膜外回肠膀胱术具有术后并发症少以及产生并发症后易于处理等优点、文中并对预防术后并发症应做到的手术注意点进行深入讨论。
This article reports our hospital in 1965 reported 20 cases of extraperitoneal ileal bladder surgery based on the further summary of 1960 to 1982 120 cases of extraperitoneal ileal bladder surgery experience and lessons learned. Surgical indications, surgical methods, postoperative complications, mortality and follow-up for detailed clinical analysis. The author believes that extraperitoneal ileal bladder surgery with less postoperative complications and easy to handle after complications such as the advantages of the text and prevention of postoperative complications should be done in-depth discussion of the surgery.
