针对黄河提灌工程水质含砂量大的特点，对液控蝶阀提出特殊要求；对工况运行中液控蝶阀出现的问题加以分析，提出改进措施，检测试验表明液控蝶阀结构设计和材料选用对整机性能影响较大。
In view of the characteristics of large amount of sandy water in the Yellow River irrigation project, special requirements are put forward for the liquid-controlled butterfly valve. The problems of the liquid-controlled butterfly valve in the working condition are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward. The test shows that the design and material selection of the liquid- Overall performance is more influential.
