本文采用正交设计试验法对ICP工作参数进行了最佳选择;对基体钇和共存稀土元素的光谱干扰及基体效应作了详细考察,提出了方便可行的实验校正方法;此外,加入适量的乙醇可以在一定程度上改善方法的检出限。在最佳实验条件下,本法测定稀土元素的检出限在0.0019—0.15μg/mL范围,精密度在2.6—5.3%之间。可以满足99.9—99.99%氧化钇分析的要求,可作为氧化钇生产中质量控制的有效分析方法
In this paper, the orthogonal design experiment method was used to choose the best working parameters of ICP. The spectral interference and matrix effect of matrix yttrium and co-existing rare earth elements were investigated in detail. A convenient and feasible experimental calibration method was proposed. In addition, The detection limit of the method can be improved to some extent. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the detection limit of rare earth elements in this method is in the range of 0.0019-0.15μg / mL and the precision is between 2.6-5.3%. Can meet the requirements of 99.9-99.99% yttrium oxide analysis, can be used as yttrium oxide production quality control an effective analytical method
