在新形势下,群众文化建设的重要性越来越突出,群众文化建设能够有效地改变人们精神空虚的局面,为社会主义现代化建设提供丰富的精神食粮。对于群众文化发展和建设来说,要积极地联系群众生活的实际,开展针对性的群众文化活动,使广大人民群众能够积极地参与到其中,从而达到其中文化建设的目标。群众文化建设事关我国社会主义现代化发展的大局,因此应当重视其发展的研究。
Under the new situation, the importance of mass cultural construction has become more and more prominent. The mass cultural construction can effectively change people’s spiritual emptiness and provide rich spiritual food for the socialist modernization. For the development and construction of mass culture, we must actively contact the reality of mass life and carry out targeted mass cultural activities so that the broad masses of the people can actively participate in them, so as to achieve the goal of its cultural construction. The construction of mass culture concerns the overall situation of the socialist modernization in our country. Therefore, we should pay attention to the research on its development.
