结合试验数据以仿真软件AMESim建立燃气轮机燃油执行机构高精度模型,由于流量系数、间隙泄露等非线性参数影响,高精度模型不能直接用于执行机构控制器的设计。本文以最小二乘法为手段,针对燃油计量活门位置控制系统进行辨识,得到该系统在稳态点的线性数学模型。
Combining the experimental data with the simulation software AMESim, a high-precision gas turbine fuel actuator model was established. Due to the nonlinear parameters such as flow coefficient and clearance leakage, the high-precision model can not be directly used in the design of actuator controller. In this paper, the method of least squares is used to identify the control system of fuel metering valve position, and the linear mathematical model of the system at steady-state point is obtained.
