为了减少对自然资源无序开采和过度依赖,探索冶金工业废弃物无害化、高附加值利用和实现循环经济的新途径,本文提出利用钢渣砂代替天然砂制备普通干混砂浆。通过对钢渣砂矿物组成和物化性能等试验分析,说明首钢转炉钢渣尾渣性能符合建筑用砂技术要求。并对不同细度模数钢渣砂堆积密度、空隙率和砂浆的和易性、强度指标进行对比分析,以及对筛分钢渣、破碎钢渣、天然砂制备干混砂浆的性能进行对比试验。结果显示筛分钢渣和破碎钢渣均可以100%代替天然砂制备普通干混砂浆,而破碎钢渣砂制备的干混砂浆性能更加优异。经11项耐久性项目检测,钢渣砂浆均符合建筑材料技术要求。目前首钢已建成30万吨/年钢渣干混砂浆生产线,利用该技术生产的产品已在奥运鸟巢等国家重点工程中使用。
In order to reduce disorderly exploitation and over-reliance on natural resources, and explore new ways of innocuous metallurgical industrial waste, high value-added utilization and realization of circular economy, this paper proposes the use of steel slag sand instead of natural sand to prepare ordinary dry-mixed mortar. Through the analysis of the composition and physical and chemical properties of steel slag sand, it shows that the performance of steel slag tailings in Shougang Iron and Steel Group conforms to the technical requirements of sand for construction. The comparative analysis of bulk density, porosity, mortar workability and strength index of steel slag sand with different fineness moduli, as well as comparative tests on the performance of sieving steel slag, broken steel slag and natural sand to prepare dry mortar were carried out. The results show that the screening of steel slag and steel slag can be 100% instead of natural sand to prepare ordinary dry-mixed mortar, and crushed steel slag sand dry mortar prepared more excellent performance. After 11 durability project testing, slag mortar are in line with the technical requirements of building materials. At present, Shougang has built 300,000 tons / year steel slag dry mortar production line, the use of this technology has been produced in the Olympic Bird’s Nest and other key national projects.
