玻璃钢烟囱由于其良好的耐腐蚀性以及重量轻等特点而得到应用,但玻璃钢复合材料烟囱结构的分析并不多见,并且我们国家还没有设计规范。针对某工程应用的高60 m玻璃钢复合材料烟囱结构,应用振型分解反应谱法进行了地震响应分析,考虑了水平地震和竖向地震的联合作用,并且按照SRSS组合方法取前108阶振型进行了叠加,同时按照各向异性复合材料层合壳理论对玻璃钢烟囱进行了强度分析,应用Tsai-Wu强度比理论对烟囱结构进行了校核。

According to the engineering application of a high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney structure of 60 m, the seismic response analysis was carried out using the mode decomposition decomposition response spectrum method. The combined action of horizontal and vertical earthquakes was considered. According to the SRSS combination method, The strength of FRP chimney was analyzed according to the theory of laminated anisotropic composite shell. The chimney structure was checked by the Tsai-Wu intensity ratio theory.
