随着输血在临床上的应用日趋广泛,输血反应也越来越多。由于基础医学的不断发展,人们对输血反应本质的认识也进一步深入。本文简要介绍有关这方面的概况。血型与输血反应自发现ABO血型系统后,迄今已发现40余种血型系统。并发现白细胞、血小板和血清球蛋白均有各自的血型抗原,其总数至少在500种以上,它们所构成的表现型的组合数已远远超过全人类的总数。因而所谓同型血,实际仅指ABO型相合(至多包括Rh型相合)。若从其它血型系统来看,则多数仍为异型血。
With the clinical application of blood transfusion more widely, more and more blood transfusion reactions.
