混凝土存模凝固一段时间后,不但有比较低的强度能够成型自立,还会析出部分多余水份,所以在仓壁结构现浇混凝土模板的研究上,便出现了滑升模板快速施工的新工艺,即滑模工艺。滑模工艺在国内地面建筑施工烟囱、筒仓、油罐、煤仓、井塔、水塔、桥墩、墙体等现浇混凝土结构得到广泛的推广。目前把滑模工艺引用到类似结构的矿山竖井筑壁施工,也积累了一定施工经验。
