［ 摘 要］本文简要回顾了我国对外贸易政策的演变，分析了其不适应于转基因产品国际贸易的原因，并依据竞争优势理论提出了适合于我国转基因产品国际贸易的“有理、有利、有节”政策，主要是坚持科学依据原则、经济利益原则和加贴标签原则。
[Abstract] This article briefly reviews the evolution of China’s foreign trade policy, analyzes its reasons for not adapting to the international trade of genetically modified products, and puts forward “rational, favorable and beneficial” products suitable for the international trade of genetically modified products in China according to the theory of competitive advantage. Policy, mainly adhere to the principle of scientific evidence, the principle of economic interests and labeling principle.
