1984年在南京近郊营造了马尾松不同种源以及其他松树试验林。1995年7月对该试验林(13年生)39个马尾松种源以及6种其他松树进行了松材线虫接种。线虫是从当地由于松材线虫病死亡的马尾松树材中提取的。每个种源或树种接种3株,共接135株树木。每株接线虫约5000条。马尾松不同种源和不同松树对松材线虫的抗性及感病进程变异很大。5个强抗性种源(广东高州、英德、信宜,广西忻城和湖北远安)抗性显著高于其他种源,也高于黑松和晚松,但低于高抗性的火炬松、湿地松、短叶松和刚松。马尾松不同种源对松材线虫的抗性变异模式具有随产地的纬度从南向北而不断减弱的趋势
In 1984 in the suburbs of Nanjing to create a different provenance of Pinus massoniana Pine and other experimental forests. In July 1995, 39 Pinus massoniana provenances and 6 other pine trees were inoculated with pine wood nematode in this experimental forest (13 years old). Nematodes are extracted from native Masson pine trees that have died of pine wilt disease. Each species or species inoculated 3, a total of 135 trees received. About 5000 plants per plant.
