本研究的目的是评价用翼状探针Ⅱ测定的宫腔径线与因盆腔疼痛要求取器者取出IUD的大小之间的关系。研究包括连续60名因盆腔疼痛或非医源性原因要求取出IUD的妇女。第一组为30名因置入IUD后出现盆腔疼痛而要求取器换用其他避孕方法的妇女;第二组为30名使用IUD一段时间而无任何与带器有关的症状,因非医源性原因要求取器的妇女。两组对象均是生育年龄,身体健康,置入IUD前无痛经、盆腔炎、性病或生殖道肿瘤的病史,盆腔检查未发现明显病变。此研究不包括IUD明显移位者。所有妇女都用血管钳或环形钳牵引尾丝取出IUD,事前先作宫颈试探以发现移位到峡部或
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the uterine diameter measured with the wing probe II and the size of the IUD taken by pelvis pain receivers. The study included 60 consecutive women requiring IUD removal for pelvic or non-medical reasons. The first group consisted of 30 women who required switching to other contraceptive methods due to pelvic pain after insertion of the IUD. The second group consisted of 30 IUDs for a period of time without any device-related symptoms, Sexual reasons require fetching of women. The subjects of both groups were of childbearing age, good health, no history of dysmenorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease, sexually transmitted diseases or genital tract tumor before IUD insertion. No obvious pathological changes were found in pelvic examination. This study did not include significant displacement of IUD.
