目的:探讨乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿甲状腺激素(thyroid hormone,TH)水平及其与代谢酶活性的相关性。方法:收集2013年3~12月在乌鲁木齐市儿童医院分院、新疆维吾尔自治区妇幼保健院或新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院出生的正常出生体重儿和低出生体重儿脐带血,检测TH水平、细胞色素P450(CYP450)、尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UGT)及硫酸转移酶(SULT)酶活性。结果:与正常出生体重儿相比,维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)及四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),TSH水平明显升高(P<0.05);维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿CYP450、UGT及SULT酶活性均高于正常出生体重儿(P<0.05)。结论:TH相关代谢酶活性增加与维吾尔族、汉族低出生体重儿TH水平降低有关,但其机制需要进一步探讨。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the level of thyroid hormone (TH) and the activity of metabolic enzymes in Uyghur and Han Chinese with low birth weight. Methods: From March to December 2013, umbilical cord blood was collected from children with normal birth weight and low birth weight who were born in Children’s Hospital Branch of Urumqi, MCH Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region or People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. The levels of TH, cytochrome P450 CYP450), uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) and sulfatase transferase (SULT) enzyme activity. Results: The levels of triiodothyronine (T3) and tetrathionine (T4) in low birth weight infants of Uygur and Han were significantly lower than those of normal birth weight (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The activities of CYP450, UGT and SULT in Uighur and Han nationality low birth weight children were higher than those of normal birth weight (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The increase of TH-related metabolic enzyme activity is related to the decrease of TH level in Uighur and Han children with low birth weight, but its mechanism needs to be further explored.
