目的:研究妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)孕妇血清及脐血中高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB1)和巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)的水平和临床意义。方法:选取40例正常孕妇(对照组)及123例HDCP孕妇(其中妊娠期高血压41例、轻度子痫前期43例、重度子痫前期39例),使用ELISA试剂盒分别检测各组孕妇血清及胎儿脐血中的HMGB1和MIF水平。结果:血清HMGB1和MIF在不同组别孕妇中的水平由高到低均为重度子痫前期组>轻度子痫前期组>妊娠期高血压组>对照组。孕妇血清HMGB1水平和血清MIF水平在HDCP孕妇中的表达具有显著相关性(r2=0.982 5,P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组孕妇的胎儿脐血血清HMGB1和MIF水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脐血血清HMGB1水平和血清MIF水平在HDCP孕妇中的表达无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:HMGB1和MIF在HDCP孕妇血清中高表达,且与疾病的严重程度密切相关。
Objective: To study the levels and clinical significance of high mobility group box-1 (HMGB1) and macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in serum and umbilical cord blood of pregnant women with HDCP. Methods: Forty normal pregnant women (control group) and 123 HDCP pregnant women (including 41 cases of gestational hypertension, 43 cases of mild preeclampsia and 39 cases of severe preeclampsia) were selected. The pregnant women Serum and fetal cord blood HMGB1 and MIF levels. Results: The levels of serum HMGB1 and MIF in different groups of pregnant women from high to low were severe preeclampsia group, mild preeclampsia group, gestational hypertension group and control group. There was a significant correlation between serum HMGB1 levels and serum MIF levels in pregnant women with HDCP (r2 = 0.982 5, P <0.05). The serum levels of HMGB1 and MIF in fetal umbilical cord blood of gestational hypertension group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were not significantly different from those in control group (P> 0.05). Umbilical serum HMGB1 levels and serum MIF levels in HDCP pregnant women showed no significant correlation (P> 0.05). Conclusion: HMGB1 and MIF are highly expressed in serum of HDCP pregnant women and closely related to the severity of the disease.
