品种选择传统绿豆大多为茎蔓生或半蔓生,成熟期炸荚,不利于大面积栽培。为便于田间管理、收获、提高产量和商品性状,生产上应选用密荚型绿豆种,绿丰收就是密荚型、超高产绿豆新品种,经三年大面积示范证明,有五个突出特点。①生长势强:株高50～60厘米,茎秆粗壮,有分枝4～6个,抗倒伏。②结荚密集:单株结荚60～70个,最多结荚128个,比普通绿豆荚多1倍。
