在液力传动内燃机车的主传动系统中,最主要的传递功能的部件是液力传动箱、车轴齿轮箱和万向轴。在液力传动箱和车轴齿轮箱中,主要的零部件是变扭器(只装在液力传动箱中)、齿轮和滚动轴承。变扭器为无磨损件,齿轮与万向轴花键磨耗甚微。因此,内燃机车液力传动系统的厂修寿命,在极大的程度上取决于所选用的滚动轴承寿命。无怪乎一些工厂的负责同志说:“液力传动系统滚动轴承的寿命就是内燃机车液力传动系统的寿命。”
In the main drivetrain of a hydraulically driven diesel locomotive, the most important components of the transfer function are the hydrodynamic gearbox, the axle gearbox and the cardan shaft. In hydraulic and axle gearboxes, the main components are torque converters (only in hydrodynamic gearboxes), gears and roller bearings. Torque converter wear-free parts, gear and universal shaft spline wear little. Therefore, the diesel locomotive fluid transmission system repair shop life, to a great extent depends on the choice of rolling bearing life. No wonder some of the responsible comrades of the factory said: “The life of a hydrodynamic drive roller bearing is the life of a driveline for a diesel locomotive.”
