半导体激光器是以不同半导体材料为工作物质,不同激励方式使半导体物质发生发射反应,形成激光。受不同半导材料元素物质稳定程度差异、激励电流大小、工作温度高低等因素影响,传统半导体激光器输出的激光射线出现不同程度非线性失真。对激光光栅谱系分析研究,针对非线性失真问题,提出激光光栅稳频补偿设计方案。通过实验证明,所提方法对半导体激光器非线性失真有良好的补偿作用。
Semiconductor lasers are based on different semiconductor materials for the working substance, different incentives to make the semiconductor material emission reaction, the formation of a laser. Affected by the different stability of the semiconductor material elemental material levels, the size of the excitation current, the working temperature and other factors, the traditional laser diode laser output of varying degrees of nonlinear distortion. Analyzed and researched the laser grating pedigree, aiming at the problem of nonlinear distortion, the compensation scheme of laser grating stabilization is proposed. The experiment proves that the proposed method has a good compensation effect on the nonlinear distortion of the semiconductor laser.
