一直以来舞蹈艺术教育的事业之伟大,是因为它如同细雨润物,如同一颗树摇动另一棵树,一颗心碰撞另一颗心的奇妙过程。因此在本科的教学中应当更多地以感触、心得、感悟来启发教导学生,从舞蹈的“内”而改变到舞蹈的“外”。使学生在教学的互动中能够客观认知自我,成为一个有思想、有理念,不会毫无思考随波逐流的“浪尾之人”;成为一个把舞蹈当成真正事业的人,拥有着信念与理想的人。一、营造兴趣有序的学习氛围
