《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称〈〈标准〉〉)指出:“面对实际问题时,能主动尝试着从数学的角度运用所学知识和方法寻求解决问题的策略;面对新的数学知识时,能主动地寻找其实际背景,并探索其应用价值。”数学只有回归生活,才会显示其实用价值。学生只有回归生活去应用数学,才能更深刻地理解数学。在听江苏省特级教师徐斌老师在上“解决问题的策略”这节课时切实地感受到他对这个思想的深刻理解,引导学生注意数学与生活原型的密切联系,用数学的方法(画图、列表格)整理生活中的素材,通过思考解决生活中的实际问题,增强应用数学的意识,教会学生解决问题的策略,真正使学生获得“生动活泼的、主动而富有个性的发展”。
