构建和谐劳动关系是企业工会组织的一项重要任务。笔者认为应重点在以下三方面着力。一、在促进企业的科学发展上着力企业的发展是构建和谐劳动关系的关键。工会必须紧紧围绕企业中心工作,调动、激发和保护职工的劳动热情和创造活力,为企业发展建功立业。1、广泛开展群众性的劳动竞赛,为促进发展激发创造活力。一是要围绕重点领域、重要任务、重大项目开展劳动竞赛,做到哪里是攻坚克难的主战场,哪里就有“工人先锋号”的风采;二是要围绕企业转型升级,组织职工积极参与技术革新和发明创造,争做“创新能手”;三是要围绕降本增效、节能减排、扎实开展小革新、小发明、小设计、小创造、小建议活
