目的通过沙门氏菌分离鉴定与血清分型的能力验证,进一步实现实验室能力提升的目的。方法以《国家食品安全标准、沙门氏菌检验》~([1])为参照标准,对符合标准的沙门氏菌样品进行血清学试验。结果编号1及编号3分别能检测出巴尔多沙门氏菌和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,其余样品未检测出沙门氏菌。本试验结果满意,能较成功的完成沙门氏菌能力验证试验。结论参加沙门氏菌食品能力验证,能有效的提高相关检验机构的检验数据的准确性,提高实验室的检验水平。
Objective To verify the ability of isolation and identification of Salmonella and serotyping to further improve the laboratory capacity. Methods According to the national food safety standard and Salmonella test ~ ([1]), serological tests were performed on the standard Salmonella samples. Results Salmonella bardon and Salmonella typhimurium were detected in number 1 and number 3, respectively. Salmonella was not detected in other samples. Satisfaction with the test results, more successful completion of Salmonella proficiency test. Conclusion Participation in Salmonella food proficiency testing can effectively improve the accuracy of the inspection data of the relevant inspection agencies and improve the laboratory test.
