甬江职业高级中学作为市重点专业及学校龙头专业,多年来一直致力于烹饪专业建设、发展的探索与研究。尤其是近年来,立足地方经济对烹饪专业人才培养及技能要求,紧扣时代脉搏,主动投入课程改革与实践这股洪流,积极探索烹饪专业技能训练的实效性,逐步构建了基于模块教学的烹饪专业课程改革体系,建立了以学生餐厅为全真训练环境的技能实战情景教学课程,经过三年的探索与实践,改革已初见成效。
