面对“三网融合”的机遇,基层县级广播电视网络机构虽属基础薄弱、单打独斗、孤立无援,但绝不能等待观望,被动应付,要有一种“等不起”的紧迫感,“坐不住”的责任感,“慢不得”的使命感,积极探索各种灵活应变的合作方式,实现与电信运营商的共赢发展。
In the face of the opportunities of “triple play”, grassroots radio and television network agencies at the county level are weak and go it alone, but they should not wait and see them passively. The sense of urgency, the sense of responsibility of being unable to sit still, the sense of mission of being slow, and actively exploring ways of cooperation in various ways to achieve win-win development with telecom operators.
