为进一步完善和健全高校心理危机干预体系,尤其加强顶岗实习生心理危机教育工作,将心理危机干预延伸至实习基地。文章以顶岗实习生心理危机求助意识培养为切入点,从积极心理学和人类基本心理活动规律两方面阐述心理危机求助意识培养的理论依据,并以积极心理学内涵为先导,从认知策略、情感体验、行为训练三个层面提出了培养顶岗实习生心理危机求助意识的途径方法,旨在提高顶岗实习生积极主动应对心理危机的能力,提升心理健康素质。
