长期以来,加工上海牌轿车变速器拨叉的工艺一直是很落后的,生产效率低,而且工件装卸困难,质量也不稳定,因此拨叉加工经常跟不上总装的需要,影响了生产。为了打破一人、一刀、一机的旧传统,在半年多的时间里,先后搞出四台拨叉加工组台机床,从而改变了拨叉的生产面貌。倒档拨叉加工组合机床就是其中一台,由于加上了机械手,实现自动上下料,使倒档拨叉加工组合机床实现了全自动,如图1所示。现在加工一只倒档拨叉只要3分33秒,提高工效12倍以上,节约了劳动力和两台卧式铣床,质量也有了保证。一、机床的特点1.该组合机床用于加工上海牌轿车变速器的倒档拨叉。拨叉材料为45号钢。倒档拨叉如图2所示。
