我所自1951至1980年手术治疗和病理证实脊髓硬脊膜外脂肪瘤7例。其中男性5例,年龄从24～67岁,自症状出现至就诊的时间:半年内3例,1年内1例,1.5年内3例。症状和体征:感觉减退7例,其中5例,为首发症状;肢体麻木向心性发展3例,离心性发展1例,不详1例。运动障碍7例,其中截瘫6例,四肢轻瘫1例,均有锥体束征。尿失禁5例,多存疾病晚期出现。颈,背或腰酸痛4例,其中2例
Myself from 1951 to 1980 surgical treatment and pathology confirmed spinal epidural lipoma in 7 cases. Including 5 males, aged from 24 to 67 years old, since the onset of symptoms to treatment time: six cases within 3 cases, 1 case within 1 year, 1.5 cases within 3 years. Symptoms and signs: sensory loss in 7 cases, of which 5 cases, the first symptom; limb numbness to heart-shaped development in 3 cases, 1 case of eccentric development, unknown in 1 case. 7 cases of dyskinesia, of which 6 cases of paraplegia, limbs paralysis in 1 case, both pyramidal tract signs. Urinary incontinence in 5 cases, multiple diseases appear late. Neck, back or back pain in 4 cases, of which 2 cases
