企业工会是在企业党组织直接领导下独立自主开展工作的群众团体。工会是职工群众自己的组织,是企业党政组织与职工群众沟通的桥梁和纽带,更是职工群众自己的家。但是在企业吃“大锅饭”时期,工会给部分职工的印象是:打球照相,吹拉弹唱,布置会场,带头鼓掌。随着改革形势的发展,工会组织积极参与改革,转变工作思路,在一定程度上维护了职工的合法权益,收到了较好的效果,也深受职工群众的欢迎。但由于职工群众对工会在改革中所寄予的期望值很高,致使少部分职工认为:工会还没有充分发挥出它应有的作用,没有完全站在职工群众一边,不敢大胆替职工说话办事。还有少数职工认为
