监测并正确解释动态钻井运行状况的能力取决于对振动问题的背景,以及振动是如何产生的知识的掌握。适当的调整措施可以对随钻测量工具的寿命、钻柱的寿命,电机的寿命,钻头寿命,钻速和钻进效率产生重大影响。本文所介绍的工作能够用来为减少钻柱振动和增加项目的经济性。基于对16口井的研究,我们从中得出结论,并提出了一些可以帮助减轻振动操作,这些操作以一个“十点计划”形式给出。
The ability to monitor and correctly interpret the performance of a dynamic drilling environment depends on the background to the vibration problem and on how knowledge of vibration is generated. Appropriate adjustments can have a significant impact on the life of the LWD tool, the life of the drill string, the life of the motor, the life of the bit, the rate of penetration and the efficiency of drilling. The work described in this article can be used to reduce drill string vibrations and increase project economics. Based on our study of 16 wells, we draw conclusions from this and suggest some actions that can help mitigate the vibrations, given as a “ten-point plan.”
