明崇祯十五年,襄汾县西中黄村进士张（?）化、张（鱼共）化兄弟为其父承翼八十寿辰所刻之百福百寿两通石阙。碑高212厘米,宽86厘米。碑阳以106种字体分别镌刻‘百福’、‘百寿’,并在每一个福寿字的上眉处又分别刻出字体的名称及出处。竖刻7行,满行15字,字径9厘米。福字碑下部风雨剥蚀,个别字迹殊难辨识,碑末竖刻衔铭题记2列5行,满行54字。崇祯十五年冬封翁张老年父八十寿里欢庆图百寿字以献……进士出身嘉议大夫礼部左侍郎兼翰林院侍读学士协里言事府前知诰□宝训□实录直起居注左春坊左谕德署司给□事□经□□□□子蒲坂□招贤顿。
